Physical Management

We work hard to understand the costs and issues associated with each building. We budget all expenses’s to address the issues and resolve them in the most cost effective manner. Our professional contractors work to ensure that quality work that is completed in a responsive time. We also administer all annual reoccurring contracts to provide a property that is professionally maintained and repaired.

Financial Management

We believe financial management is one of the most important keys to success. With Baldoni Management, all budgets and reports are done in a timely professional manner to make it easy to understand the finances of your property. Also, our transparent process allows us to keep you informed in a way that simple and understandable.

Association Management

Our services include working with the owners to create Association budgets as well as bill the owners their share of the Association dues. We organize the monthly/annual board meetings and monitor the upkeep of the common area to the satisfaction of all owners involved.

Consulting

Need help with a specific issue? We provide a consulting service that still leaves you in charge of the property. We analyze the specific issue and give you multiple ideas on how to fix it. Sometimes a fresh look is all you need.
